FR 3 060 633 - A1
The invention relates to an air diffusion device (20) capable of being mounted on a trunk (1), such as a roller shutter trunk, a sunshade trunk, or a awning trunk, at the inside a room of a building or on a wall separating said chest from the interior volume of a room, opposite an air inlet opening (16) formed in said chest, substantially horizontal axis.
According to the invention, such a device comprises two air diffusion ducts each intended to receive substantially half of the air flow (41 a, 41 b) passing through said opening when said device is mounted opposite said opening, said conduits each having an inlet portion and an outlet mouth (50a, 50b) with an axis substantially perpendicular to that of said inlet portion, intended to be mounted facing the ceiling of said room, said sections inlet of said two conduits being substantially contiguous and said outlet openings of said two conduits being at least the width of said air inlet opening.

AIR DIFFUSION DEVICE FOR TRUNK, PARTICULARLY FOR ROLLER SHUTTER TRUNK, FOR SUN BREAKER TRUNK OR FOR STORED BLINDS
1. Field of the invention
The field of the invention is that of the ventilation of office premises, collective and individual dwellings.
More specifically, the invention relates to an air diffusion device for a trunk, such as a rolling shutter trunk, a sunshade trunk with adjustable blades or a awning trunk.
The invention finds particular application in the ventilation of main rooms of homes or offices with windows equipped with roller shutters.
2. State of the art
The air quality in buildings is a determining factor for the health of their occupants. Indeed, human activity is the source of many fumes, such as water vapor generating humidity, CO2, or even the release of pollutants from multiple origins such as cooking, heating, using aerosols, or certain pollutants from building materials, furniture, etc.
Renewing the air in a room with fresh air is therefore essential to fight against air pollution inside buildings and to guarantee its sanitation.
For example, at the instigation of the public authorities, forced ventilation has long since replaced natural ventilation in new constructions.
We therefore find in recent constructions an extractor, which is a mechanical device made up of a motor-fan group which extracts stale air from outlets installed in service rooms and replaces it with fresh air which enters the building by air inlets connecting the main rooms with the outside air.
Very often, the air intake is a duct arranged through a window joinery, or the wall of a roller shutter box for a window which allows the supply of fresh air for air sweeping. in the accommodation.
Thus, there is a known technique for supplying air produced under the underside of the shutters of interior or semi-recessed shutters, projecting into the room.
A disadvantage of this known technique is that the resident directly receives the flow of cold air at the right of the opening when he is near the window.
To improve comfort, it was then proposed to equip the fresh air intakes with an air inlet which directs the air flow towards the ceiling. This air inlet, which is standardized, guarantees the flow required for air renewal.
A drawback of this technique is that the flow of cold air directly returned by the ceiling quickly falls back into the immediate environment of the window on the occupants. Thus, the feeling of thermal discomfort continues.
Another drawback of this technique when it is used in cities where pollution is significant, is that the air flow leaves traces of pollution on the ceiling of the room in front of the air vent.
3. Objectives of the invention
The invention therefore particularly aims to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art mentioned above.
More specifically, the object of the invention is to provide an air diffusion technique for a trunk, for example for a roller shutter trunk, for a sunshade trunk with adjustable slats or for a awning trunk, which limits, or even eliminates, the feeling of cold coming from the air vent, near a window surmounted by said chest.
An object of the invention is also to provide such an air diffusion technique suitable for standard air inlets and in particular for self-adjusting and humidity-sensitive air inlets.
Another objective of the invention is to provide such an air diffusion technique which complies with standard NF DTU 68.3 Pl-1-1 of June 22, 2013, on the renewal of fresh air in residential premises or offices.
Another objective of the invention is to provide such an air diffusion technique which is suitable for shutters for shutters, for sunshade chests with adjustable slats or for blinds blinds, installed behind a concrete lintel, or directly under a concrete slab, or even in resumption of doubling above the trunk.
An objective of the invention is also to propose such an air diffusion technique which makes it possible to improve the quality of the fresh air and limits the entry of dust or pollens for example.
Another objective of the invention is to provide such an air diffusion technique which is simple to implement, and of a reduced cost price.
4. Statement of the invention
These objectives, as well as others which will appear subsequently, are achieved using an air diffusion device capable of being mounted on a trunk, such as a rolling shutter trunk, a sunbreaker trunk. with adjustable slats, or a awning box, inside a room of a building or on a wall separating the box from the interior volume of a room, opposite an opening air inlet formed in the trunk or in the wall, of substantially horizontal axis.
According to the invention, such a device comprises two air diffusion ducts each intended to receive substantially half of the air flow passing through the opening when the device is mounted opposite the opening, the ducts each having an inlet portion and an outlet mouth with an axis substantially perpendicular to that of the inlet portion, intended to be mounted facing the ceiling of the room, the inlet sections of the two conduits being substantially contiguous and the outlet openings of the two conduits being at least at least the width of the air inlet opening.
Thus, in an unprecedented manner, the invention proposes to divide the flow of fresh air coming from outside which enters the room, and to redirect this flow laterally to prevent it from falling back to the right of the entry of air and thus limit the feeling of cold in winter, coming from the air vent.
In the context of the invention, the expression “substantially perpendicular” is understood to mean that the angle between the axis of the inlet portion and the axis of the outlet mouth is between 90 ° and 30 ° .
According to a particular embodiment of the invention, each of the conduits is profiled so that its section varies substantially continuously between the inlet portion and the outlet mouth of this conduit.
Thus, the increase in the cross section of the ducts decreases the speed of the air flow, which promotes its mixing with the indoor air at room temperature at the outlet of the outlet mouth, and reduces the feeling of discomfort.
According to a particular embodiment of the invention, the conduits are formed from a substantially prismatic shell at least partially open on a first lateral face, having two openings forming the outlet openings on a second lateral face, and of an element partition wall mounted in the median plane of the shell parallel to its bases intended to form a separation between the two conduits, the partition element having two air deflecting faces substantially symmetrical with respect to a plane of symmetry of the element partitioning.
Thus, the air flow is divided into two flows on either side of the median plane by the partitioning element which directs them laterally in the conduits in which they are channeled to the outlet openings.
According to a particular embodiment of the invention, the air deflecting faces comprise a succession of two-by-two contiguous strips, extending in a horizontal direction, gradually inclined relative to the vertical.
Thus, the partition element can be easily manufactured at low cost, by folding.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the air diffusion device comprises an air inlet guide intended to connect the opening to the inlet portions of the conduits, suitable for being housed in the shell, having a substantially vertical inlet section intended to be mounted opposite the opening and an outlet section intended to be mounted opposite the inlet portions of the conduits, inclined by 30 to 60 ° , preferably inclined from 40 to 50 °, even more preferably inclined 45 ° upwards relative to the inlet section.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the outlet openings are at least twenty-five centimeters apart.
Thus, the air flow is no longer concentrated at the right of the air inlet opening formed in the roller shutter box.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, each of the outlet openings is equipped with a dust filter.
Thus, the outside air flow carrying dust or pollens is purified, which improves the comfort of the residents.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the conduits are housed in a casing with a longitudinal opening in its upper portion.
According to a particular embodiment of the invention, the air diffusion device comprises a vibration speaker secured to the casing.
Thus, a wall of the covering facade serves as a membrane for the vibration speaker on which it is placed, to convert the vibration into an acoustic wave.
According to a particular embodiment of the invention, the air diffusion device comprises at least one light source fixed to the box.

6. Detailed description of the invention
6.1. Example of embodiment of the invention
Illustrated in Figure 1, an example of roller shutter box 1, integrated into the wall 2 of a building.
The roller shutter box 1 is formed from a box 10 of reconstituted wood, the inner walls of which are covered with an insulation 11 of rock wool. This box 10 which is intended to accommodate the apron 12 of a rolling shutter comprises a light 13 through which the slats 14 of the apron 12 exit or enter the box.
The box also includes an inspection hatch 15 located inside the building which allows access to the mechanism of the roller shutter to ensure its maintenance. This vertical inspection hatch 15 is crossed by two mortises 16 of substantially horizontal axis, equipped with an air inlet guide 17. In variants, the two mortises 16 forming the air inlet opening can be replaced by one or more mortises of equivalent total area, which guarantees an identical air flow.
Thus, the light 13 associated with the air inlet opening 16 and the air inlet guide 17 form an air supply which places the room in the accommodation or office in communication with the outside air allowing the supply of fresh air for renewal by sweeping the indoor air.
There is shown in Figures 2 to 4, a sectional view and detailed views of an exemplary embodiment of an air diffusion device 20 according to the invention, mounted on the roller shutter box 1 illustrated with reference to Figure 1.
This air diffusion device 20 comprises a partitioning element 21, a shell 22 and a covering box 23 which has in its upper part a longitudinal opening 24 intended to be oriented towards the ceiling of the room, during installation. .
The partitioning element 21 is fixed substantially centered, facing and / or above the air inlet guide 17 in the fresh air flow. This partition element 21 in the general shape of a "V" is formed by two deflecting faces, that is to say that it comprises a succession of contiguous strips two by two. These successive bands are gradually inclined relative to the vertical, in the direction of the horizontal. In addition, the intersections between each strip form line segments parallel to each other. In addition, the partition element 21 has symmetry with respect to a vertical plane, as shown in the front view illustrated in FIG. 4.
Finally, it can be seen that the axis of the “V” is substantially in the plane of symmetry of the two mortises 16. The partitioning element 21 thus arranged divides the main air flow 40 which enters by the air supply in two secondary flows 41a, 41b and laterally directs these secondary air flows 41a, 41b, thus breaking their speeds.
The assembly formed by the air inlet guide 17 and the partitioning element 21 is covered by the shell 22 of folded sheet metal, closed at each end by a cheek. This shell 22 is fixed horizontally along its longitudinal axis, applied to the inspection hatch 15 of the trunk 1. The shell 22 pressed against the inspection hatch 15, separated into two parts by the partitioning element 21 thus forms on each side from this element 21 a duct which directs part of the flow of fresh air entering the room, at a distal end of the shell 22 relative to the partition element 21 and to the air inlet guide 17 located at central position.
FIG. 5 shows a top view of the air diffusion device 20 mounted on the inspection hatch 15. As can be seen by the longitudinal opening 24, the shell 22 comprises two outlet openings 50a, 50b substantially at its distal ends, with axes substantially perpendicular to that of the air intake portion. These outlet openings 50a, 50b are used for the evacuation of the two secondary air flows 41a, 41b channeled by the conduits
22.
It can also be seen in the figures that each duct thus formed has a cross section much larger than the cross section of the air inlet opening 16 and the air inlet guide 17. This section, which varies substantially continuously between the inlet portion and the outlet openings 50a, 50b, contributes to slowing down the speed of the air flow at the outlet through the longitudinal opening 24 of the air diffusion device 20 relative to the speed at the outlet of the air inlet guide 17.
6.2. Other examples of embodiment of the invention
FIG. 6 shows a sectional view of another exemplary embodiment of an air diffusion device 60 according to the invention, which incorporates an air filtering function.
In this embodiment of the invention, the air diffusion device 60 also comprises a partitioning element 61, a shell 62 and a covering box 63.
To ensure the function of filtering the fresh air, the air diffusion device 60 comprises a filter 64 arranged opposite each outlet mouth (not shown) formed in the shell 62. Each filter 64 is capable of ensuring filtration type G, that is to say a filtration of airborne particles whose diameter is greater than or equal to 10 μm, such as pollens. Such filters allow an air flow of approximately 5,400 m 3 / h for an air speed of 1.5 m, with a pressure drop of approximately 17 Pa.
To maintain the filters 64 in position, in line with the outlet lights, the shell 62 incorporates a flange 65 and a tongue 66 according to the longitudinal orientation of the shell62. In addition, this rim 65 and this tab 66 protrude on either side of the exit lights, one towards the other and towards each exit light.
In addition, each filter 64 is removable and can be cleaned or replaced. Thus, to set up a filter 64a, it suffices to firstly insert it against the shell62 under the rim 65, the projection of which is substantially greater than that of the tongue 66. Then, in a second step, the flap and the slides under the tongue 66. Thus, the filter 64b is pressed and held on the shell 62 at the mouth on the outlet path of the fresh air flow.
To replace a used 64b filter, simply remove it by performing the previous steps in reverse order.
FIG. 7 shows a detailed sectional view of the upper part of another exemplary embodiment of an air diffusion device 70 according to the invention, which incorporates a lighting function.
In this embodiment of the invention, the air diffusion device 70 comprises a partitioning element 71, a shell 72 and a covering box 73 comprising an upper longitudinal opening 74. The shell 72 of folded sheet metal, like the partition element 71, is substantially prismatic and closed at each end by a cheek. The shell 72 associated with the partitioning element 71 thus forms two air diffusion conduits, each of which receives substantially half of the air flow entering through the inlet opening.
The air diffusion device 70 further comprises a light source 75 fixed on a longitudinal support 76, forming a light strip.
As can be seen in FIG. 7, the support 76 and therefore the light source 75 are turned towards the longitudinal opening 74 and therefore towards the ceiling of the room so as to form an incident angle with a substantially horizontal ceiling, understood substantially between 20 and 60 degrees, advantageously between 25 and 45 degrees, preferably substantially 30 degrees.
The light source 75 is a light-emitting diode tape also known by the acronym LED (English acronym for "Light-Emitting Diode"). This light strip 75 is connected to a suitable electrical supply module (not shown in FIG. 7), integrated in the covering box 73.
There is shown in Figure 8, a schematic sectional view of another exemplary embodiment of an air diffusion device according to the invention which combines a diffusion of fresh air with a chamber function acoustic.
In this embodiment of the invention, an air diffusion device comprises a partitioning element 81, a shell 82 and a casing 83.
The casing 83 is equipped with a speaker without membrane 84 which is fixed to the internal face of a front panel 85 acting as a membrane. Thus, the speaker without membrane 84 transmits vibrational waves which propagate in the front panel 85 which enters in movement and transmits in turn to the room air longitudinal waves forming the acoustic waves perceived by the human ear .
This front panel 85 in medium has a thickness of between 8 and 20 mm and preferably substantially between 12 and 15 mm to optimize the propagation of the vibratory waves emitted by the speaker 84 and their transfers in acoustic waves.
In addition, this diaphragm-free speaker 84 is electrically connected to an amplifier which controls it. This not shown amplifier, integrated into the casing 83 is of the Bluetooth amplifier type (registered trademark) for communicating with a sound source such as a CD player, a telephone, an MP3 player (acronym for "MPEG-1/2 Audio layer III ”, registered trademarks).
In a variant, the speaker without membrane 84 incorporates the Bluetooth amplifier (registered trademark).
6.3. Other optional features and advantages of the invention
In variants of the embodiments of the invention detailed above, provision may also be made:
an inspection hatch on the underside of the trunk, for access from the outside, and an interior wall of interface between the room and the interior volume of the fixed trunk, traversed in part by an opening notably forming the air, the wall being equipped inside the room with an air diffusion facade according to the invention;
to obtain the shell by molding, or by shaping a metal profile;

use type F filters for particle filtration up to 0.1 µm suitable for filtering soot, suspended dust, breathable particles, etc., coupled with an air extractor and air inlets air at suitable air flow;
an air diffusion facade which comprises buttonhole plates or other similar techniques, to be fixed on the inspection hatch or the wall of the rolling shutter box, on which the covering box is hung;
hang the casing on the hull;
to distribute the audible spectrum between several diffusing facades, for example with three channels and cutoff frequencies at substantially 200 Hz and 2200 Hz, the speaker without membrane of a first air diffusion device covers the low frequencies, substantially from 40 Hz to 200 Hz, the so-called mid-range loudspeaker of a second air diffusion device substantially covers the frequencies from 200 Hz to 2200 Hz and the so-called acute speaker of a third air diffusion device substantially covers frequencies from 2200 Hz to 14000 Hz; to use an amplifier connected by any other wired or wireless means known as the Wi-Fi technique (registered trademark); to have the amplifier of the loudspeaker without membrane and / or the power supply of the light source on the path of the fresh air flow, for example in the air diffusion ducts, so that the calories released by these modules electronics heat the fresh air flow, while the fresh air flow cools the electronic modules;
integrating in the lower part of the air diffusion device a blind intended to be deployed under the air diffusion device and in front of the window to filter outside light;
to integrate in the lower part of the air diffusion device a motorized and remote-controlled screen, the screen being intended to be deployed under the air diffusion device and substantially in front of the window for during a projection session of images or videos;
integrate a hygrometry measurement module capable of transmitting the measurement to an extractor group; to provide a command and control application for a terminal such as a "smartphone" or a digital tablet, in order to control the aforementioned functions, and in particular the lighting, the control of the blind and / or of the projection screen.
The invention can also be implemented on a sun shading chest, or on a awning, or roller blind of the screen screen type, without departing from the scope of the invention.
